She will meet with you at your local office to engage in a reflective discussion covering your five written reflective accounts on your practice related feedback, an event or experience in your practice and how this relates to the Code.
We have designed feedback forms for you to take to a shift whereby you can get the Shift Leader to complete and this can form part of your practice related feedback.
We can provide a full work history at a touch of a button to confirm clinical hours completed.
We are happy to provide forums for all qualified staff to meet and discuss revalidation supporting one another during the process.
We are happy to source additional training to compliment your CPD.
